The Samuelson’s Diamonds team is still riding on cloud nine after an amazing weekend at the 37th Annual Baltimore Art, Antique & Jewelry Show. We saw many familiar faces, met hundreds of new collectors and exhibitors, and enjoyed each and every conversation.
Keep reading to see some of our favorite parts of this four-day showcase. Also, don’t forget to mark your calendar for the 2018 show– we’re already looking forward to next year!
Our Featured Antique & Jewelry Collection
The 2017 Baltimore Art, Antique & Jewelry Show ran from August 24-27 at the Baltimore Convention Center. Our team set up shop at booth #1509 and brought an amazing collection of jewelry, luxury watches, and silver.
We carefully selected some of our most stunning pieces to feature at the show. Our diamond ring collection included pieces featuring platinum, white gold, emerald, sapphire, and opal stones.
As always, our luxury watch collection was a big hit! We brought both men and women’s options, including some timeless Rolex pieces. Collectors also had the chance to view our vintage silver items, which included beautiful flatware, vases, and more.
Large Crowds & Respected Dealers
We were honored to exhibit alongside so many amazing dealers– 325 to be exact! For over 30 years, the show has been one of the top industry events in the nation. It’s a chance for respected dealers to showcase their impressive collections of art, antiquities, and jewelry to a large audience. This year was no exception.
Over the 4-day event, the show attracted more than 25,000 collectors of all ages, cultures, and educational backgrounds. With over 200,000 exquisite items available at the show, collectors did not leave empty-handed!
For our team, meeting so many avid and enthusiastic collectors was one of the most rewarding aspects of this event.
New and Improved Floor Plan
This year the show introduced a redesigned floor plan, making navigating the show a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience. The new setup featured one primary entrance and two special areas– a book fair and craft show.
The show also made a change to the total number of exhibitors allowed. Organizers cut back to allow only a refined selection of dealers to create a better experience for attendees. This gave collectors the opportunity to spend more time at each booth and explore the show without feeling overwhelmed.
