Samuelson’s Diamonds will inspect and clean your jewelry purchased online or at our store for as long as you own it.

| All items purchased online must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered. Returns are required to be sent back by US Registered Insured Mail within 10 days of purchase. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Samuelson’s), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Samuelson’s Diamonds return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. |

| Loose diamonds purchased online may be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. If payment was made by check or bank wire, then the amount will be refunded in full. If the purchase was made with a credit card or through Mariner Finance, a 5% restocking fee will be charged. |

| Finished Jewelry including engagement rings, diamond studs and anything other than loose diamonds may be returned for a 5% restocking fee within 10 days of the purchase date. |

| Exchanges are welcome anytime within 30 days of the date of purchase, as long as the item is returned in the same condition and the price is equal to or greater than the original purchase price. |

| Samuelson’s Diamonds will apply a credit for the original purchase price any time you trade-in your loose diamond or diamond studs towards your new purchase of like merchandise. In order to take advantage of this policy you must purchase an item of 50% greater value than the original item. For example, if you purchase a diamond for $5,000 you would receive full value in trade if you upgrade to a diamond for $7,500. |
